Ежегодная программа Diversity Visa (DV), называемая Лотерея Грин Кард, проводимая Государственным Департаментом США, находится в ведении Консульского Центра Кентукки (KCC) в Уильямсбурге, штат Кентукки.

Отправили DS-260, но нет запроса документов
Если вы отправили визовую форму DS-260, ваш номер по Визовому Бюллетеню, стал CURRENT, или с момента отправки форм прошло более 2-х месяцев, рекомендуется отправить запрос о состоянии своего дела.

Болезни и иммиграция в США
Какие болезни могут помешать получить иммиграционную визу в США🗽.

🎯Все претенденты на иммиграционную визу должны иметь хорошее здоровье. Основанием для отказа в выдаче визы, являются те болезни, которые требуют госпитализацию, длительное лечение, исключают трудоспособность(инвалидность) или представляют опасность для окружающих.
⠀
❌Точнее это тяжелые функциональные расстройства, явные психические расстройства, сифилис и др. венерические болезни*, туберкулез, проявившаяся онкология, церебральный паралич, умственная отсталость.
⠀
❌Особое внимание сотрудники американского посольства, уделяют наличию у потенциального эмигранта инфекционных заболеваний, и острых психических заболеваний.
⠀
⚠️В медицинских формах содержится перечень болезней, на которые при медицинском осмотре должно быть обращено внимание.
⠀
❌Болезни, отнесенные к разряду прочие, скорее всего претензий со стороны иммиграционного законодательства США, не вызывают. Ни гепатит, ни старые травмы, ни псориаз, ни плохое зрение. Если вы носите очки и с их помощью самостоятельно живете и работаете, то плохое зрение не может считаться препятствием для отъезда.

🆗Если вы болели, но уже вылечились, например от сифилиса, то опять же никто вашему въезду в страну препятствовать не будет. Кроме того, вовсе не обязательно сообщать обо всех своих болячках. Хотя скрывать серьезное заболевание не имеет смысла.

⚠️Медицинский осмотр предусматривает: анализ мочи и крови из вены, рентген грудной клетки, измерение давления, общий осмотр и чистосердечные ответы на вопросы медицинской анкеты, на предмет болезни тем или иным заболеванием.

👉При подозрении на сердечные проблемы, могут сделать ЭКГ(электрокардиограмму). Если что-то покажут анализы, могут назначить дополнительное обследование.

Справка о несудимости для визы в США 🗽
⚠️Одним из ключевых вопросов в визовой анкете DS-160 и иммиграционной форме DS-260 является вопрос о криминальном прошлом:
«Были ли вы когда-либо арестованы или осуждены за какое-либо правонарушение или преступление, даже при условии помилования, амнистии или других подобных действий?».

🎯По американскому законодательству существует список преступлений, относящихся к понятию Moral turpitude (дословно «моральная низость»), которые являются препятствием для иммиграции.

Сюда включены две категории:
❌1. Мошенничество.
❌2. Злой умысел.

💯Для получения иммиграционной визы в США обязательным документом для всех категорий иммиграции является — справка о наличиии/отсутствии судимости.

⚠️Справка о несудимости должна предоставляться из каждой страны, где заявитель проживал (включая учебу) более 12 месяцев, начиная с 16-летнего возраста.

❗️Срок действия справки об отсутствии судимости ограничен одним годом.
⠀
💯Справка о несудимости предоставляется так же при условии текущего проживания более 6 месяцев в стране гражданства или постоянного места жительства.

⚠️Если вы когда либо были арестованы, справка предоставляется не зависимо от вашего возраста и времени проживания в данной стране.

👉Если вы были осуждены за преступление, вам нужно предоставить заверенную копию любого судебного и тюремного протокола.

⚠️Заявитель старше 16-ти лет должен представить справку об отсутствии судимости и записей криминального характера, (оригинал и перевод на английский язык, если необходимо), на все имена и фамилии (включая девичью фамилию), которыми когда-либо пользовался, и даты рождения, если они менялись.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
You and each family member immigrating with you to the United States should collect the civil documents that are required to support your visa application.
Passport Biographic Page: You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a photocopy of the biographic data page of a currently valid passport. The biographic data page is the page with your photograph, name, date, and place of birth.
If the passport used by the principal applicant to enter the DV program differs from the one currently being submitted, you should also include a photocopy of the principal applicant’s passport listed on the DV entry with a written explanation for the change to KCC. The Department of State’s regulations provide for three limited exemptions from the passport requirement. These three exemptions include: individuals who are stateless; nationals of a Communist-controlled country who are unable to obtain a passport from the government of the Communist-controlled country; and beneficiaries of an individual waiver approved by the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of State, pursuant to 22 CFR 42.2(g)(2). If you selected one of these exemptions on your DV entry, you should provide an explanation of your qualifications for the exemption you requested.
Birth Certificate: You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a scan of an original birth certificate or certified copy.
Marriage Certificate: If you are married, you should submit a scan of your original marriage certificate or a certified copy. Submitting this document now, if applicable, could help to expedite visa processing; if you do not provide this document now, you may be asked to provide this at your visa interview.
